The Jamaica Society Reading is a community group that supports people of Jamaican heritage, their families, friends and associates and links them to the Jamaican Diaspora.

The Society strives to address the issues that affect Jamaicans and the wider community. One group that we will focus on is young people. We are currently seeking funding to enable us to host a number of events that will engage young people and give them a voice. The Society will also be providing health information, up to date news from Jamaica, feedback from conferences and help to complete Jamaica passport applications.
Meetings at Norcot Mission Church, 2nd Saturday of the month at Norcot Mission Church, Brockey Cl, Reading, RG304YP, from 3pm, as listed on our Facebook page The Jamaica Society & Friends Reading. We have also launched a Health and Wellbeing meeting on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 11.30 am to 2.30pm at the Norcot Mission Church.
