We are a charitable housing organisation for the over 60s, providing 1-bedroom and studio apartments suitable for the needs of older people.

Hylton Court is a retirement court, consisting of 20 apartments. We have level access bathrooms, fitted kitchens, and a communal lounge and laundry for the use of the residents, and their guests.

We hold our own waiting list, so no bidding system, giving you more choice. Please phone if you would like to look round and put your name on the waiting list.
