Hope and Vision Communities provides supported, move-on accommodation for people in Berkshire who have successfully completed residential rehabilitation. All of our clients have a history of drug or alcohol misuse. Regaining freedom and transitioning to independent living can be overwhelming. We help people who have shown a willingness to change. We help those who cannot go home or would like to continue the journey of recovery in a healthy, supportive environment.
