It covers: Dee Road, Spey Road, Lyon Square, Thurso Close, Don Close, Morrison Close, Capital close, Deveron Drive, Strathey Close, Erskin Close, Tay Road, Dulnan Close, Orrin Close, Tweed Court, Carron Close, Elan Close, Brockley Close, Edgar Milward Close, Eldart Close and Gairn Close.
The Estate is a mixture of flats and houses and is centred around Lyon Square. Inside Lyon Square there is an Advice Shop that also incorporates an IT section for community use.
