Charitable object:- To relieve the stresses experienced by carers and children and adults who have care needs as a result of disability, illness or age, by offering a respite service through the provision of community based support works.
We are committed to providing practical support in the home in order to enable carers to have a break from their caring responsibilities. In providing this service to carers we may provide a personal care service to people with care needs (service user) and will ensure that the provision of such personal care is user lead.
Can-Do-It-Club is for physically disabled people.
Hazelwood Club is for people of working age who have dementia.
Thursday Club is for people with physical disabilities who have higher level care needs.
