The Women’s Centre is a partnership providing opportunities and a safe environment for women and their children. The Centre itself is open for visitors and guests to drop in. It is a place which sets out to encourage, support and nurture, and to help develop talents and skills. Activities, food and conversation are all on offer.

The Women’s Centre is a Christian-based organisation and is grateful to all the charities, churches, organisations and individuals who provide gifts, grants and donations, and give their time.

Volunteers are needed to help in the kitchen, help with children, share their skills and knowledge (eg computers, arts and crafts) and support others.

The Women’s Centre is a place where women can: relax, enjoy lunch and soft drinks, take part in activities (dressmaking, computing, games and puzzles,creative writing, arts and crafts and many more, or just sit and chat
