We are a Facebook peer-to-peer support and social group for mothers who are thinking about, are currently, or have previously breastfed their children (1 feed counts).

As our group is online, we are a 24/7 place where mothers can seek peer support and encouragement, as well as links to evidence-based information and official guidelines. We also help signpost members to professional help when requested or needed.

Our secondary function is to bring breastfeeding mothers together to form new friendships, to help reduce some of the isolation that being a mother can bring.

By providing our members with peer support and knowledge about where to find professional help, and by connecting them to peers who also breast feed, we hope to help them achieve their personal breastfeeding goals.
