Berkshire Scout Enterprises Limited was formed in 1985 in response to growing unemployment, especially amongst young people. For more than 20 years it has provided help for those who are unemployed, have a disability or otherwise disadvantaged in the market.

The Company pursues twin objectives. First, to serve the community – at present it manages projects part funded by the European Social Fund. We provide participants with skills, training and opportunities to gain confidence in preparation for a return to the workplace. Second, the company supports Scouting, locally, nationally and internationally in practical ways, such as providing equipment, running courses and marketing and administrative support.

Our central office is based at Gravelly Bridge Farm, Grazeley Green Road, Grazeley, Reading RG7 1LG.
