Advice, information and support on all aspects of MS therapies including physiotherapy and exercise classes such as Yoga , Tai Chi and Pilates (online and in person), oxygen treatment, counselling and footcare, as well as complementary therapies such as massage, acupuncture, spinal reflexology and reiki.
