AGE CONCERN BRACKNELL FOREST was established in 1972. Our charity exists to promote the well being of older people within the Bracknell Forest Borough and aims to provide services that improve their quality of life.
Age Concern Bracknell Forest acts as a first point of contact for local elderly people throughout the borough seeking continued independence, support and information.
We also assist the families and carers.
The organisation is non-profit making and we are reliant on grants and fees to run our services. General fund raising, donations and voluntary effort help sustain that
independence.
Age Concern Bracknell Forest is a friend of Age UK Berkshire.
Services provided by Age Concern Bracknell Forest include: Day Care Services,
Toe Nail Cutting, Hairdressing, Providing Information (by telephone and at numerous
events throughout the year), Social Events and a free membership scheme to keep members up to date with information and events for the elderly.
