We have 26 Sheltered Housing Schemes for the elderly and are looking for volunteers from all walks of life to offer their time, life skills and experience to help our older residents maintain their independence.

Open to the tenants of Charles Clore and anybody 50+ with a disability or anybody over the age of 60

We provide a variety of activities all day like arts/crafts, quizzes, reminiscence, memory games, flower arranging, board games, gardening, gentle exercise, themed events and regular entertainment and they sit down to a three course lunch.

Free support service for the over 60s living within the Reading Borough area.The aim of the service is to assist older people to stay safe, live comfortably and independently in their own homes for as long as possible.
