Make a real difference by enabling people with restricted mobility to travel independently by bus. The role involves driving a minibus and providing whatever assistance is needed to passengers. Journeys are from door-to-door, requiring assistance in boarding and alighting.
Options available from 2 to 22 hours per week, including school-friendly days and hours. Full training provided.
You will need:-

• a driving licence with D1 category
• to know the local area
• patience and a caring attitude
• a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which we can arrange for you.

Previous experience of caring for people or of providing service to the public may be helpful.
