This post, funded initially for one year, is for a co-ordinator to work within Age UK Reading to restore a variety of social activities for older people. The role is community-based and will involve travelling to various locations around Reading. You will be tasked with restarting Age UK social opportunities. You will also be expected to network with other agencies and offer them support and assistance to restart their activities.
We are looking for a practical, motivated person with experience of running sessions for older people in the community to help us build up this vital function.
