We are looking for a friendly, motivated and experienced services manager to lead, develop, and deliver a portfolio of services to support older people, people with dementia and carers in the area.

You will be part of the senior management team and be able to make a direct impact on people’s lives. We are a friendly, caring team making a real difference to older people in the area.

The role location is flexible with time spent in our offices as well as home working.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Part of a small management team and responsible for the implementation, management and development of Age UK Berkshire’s services in Wokingham.
• Main duties are in – Service management, Human Resources, Business Development, Quality Management, liaison with commissioners and key stakeholders.
• Services include- Home from Hospital, Wokingham Dementia Services and Keeping in Touch project.
