Project Manager – closing date 19 May 2019

Together is an amazing place to work and it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee Together’s Berkshire West Your Way service, a dynamic community mental health service for people living across the Reading, Wokingham and West Berkshire regions.

Able to manage a varied and demanding workload, you will use your prior experience of managing mental health services to motivate and guide a staff team to provide the highest quality support.

You will apply current relevant legislation to the running of the service and ensure it delivers high-quality goal-focused support with the aim of connecting people to community resources, building their resilience and aiding recovery.

Outcomes-focused and experienced in managing resources and budgets, you will ensure the efficient running of the service in line with Together’s ethos and policies.
