Customer Relationship Manager – closing date 29 March 2024

As a Charity delivering mediation and conflict resolution services mainly to the social housing sector and to local authority children’s services, we rely heavily on the relationships we have with our customers and we are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to nurture and build on this. The job is based around income generation and also involves grant applications and consequently experience in these areas will be useful.

The job is for approximately one day a week equalling 28 hours a month.

Much of the work will be on-line but applicants must be car drivers as face-to face meetings are also involved.
