As a Charity delivering mediation and conflict resolution services mainly to the social housing sector and to local authority children’s services, we rely heavily on the relationships we have with our customers and we are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to nurture and build on this. The job is based around income generation and also involves grant applications and consequently experience in these areas will be useful.
We would expect those interested in joining us to:
• Be aware of, and ideally have experience of, the advantages of mediation and conflict resolution as a way of improving people’s lives and society.
• To have demonstrable experience of dealing with customer relationships associated with income generation, ideally in the charity sector.
• To have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
• To preferably hold a professional or general/business management qualification
• To work flexibly and to have their own transport, for although the job is home based it will involve face to face meetings with customers in Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Hours and days are flexible and you will be expected to work 28 hours a month.
