Community Engagement Team Leader, Reading – closing date 17 November 2019

Change Grow Live is a successful health and social care charity working with individuals, families and communities across England and Wales that are affected by drugs, alcohol, crime, homelessness, domestic abuse, and antisocial behaviour. We engage service users with drug and alcohol issues to promote and facilitate positive recovery outcomes. The successful candidate must have an awareness of substance misuse issues; have professional interpersonal skills and a positive approach to facilitating recovery for all our service users.

Duties will include operational line management of a team of staff which includes supervision, appraisal, performance and sickness management.  Management of the staff rota, conducting flash meetings. Working to safeguard service users, children and families who are at risk. Promote quality interventions and a mentoring approach to leading the team.
