Make a difference in the lives of children affected by domestic abuse. PACT’s BB4K team is growing, we need passionate individuals to join us in this innovative programme.

BB4K is a lifeline for children healing from the trauma of domestic abuse. The demand for our programme continues to rise. We supported 223 families in 2023 through individual/group therapeutic support sessions.

We need people to fill these roles:
• Service Lead(Oxfordshire) 18.5 hours/week:Champion BB4K’s mission leading a dedicated team. Salary range:£15,933-£17,703 pro rata/per annum(£31,866-£35,406 FTE)
• Support Workers(Berkshire West) 22 hours/week:A guiding hand for children/families on their healing journey. Salary range:£14,147-£15,719 pro rata/per annum(£23,793-£26,436 FTE)
• Assistant Support Worker(Oxfordshire/Berkshire West) Full time:Learn from the best and grow your passion for supporting vulnerable children. Salary range:£20,972-£23,302
