PACT is a leading independent adoption charity in the UK, placing children with secure and loving families and supporting them with specialist therapeutic support.

We also run several community projects for children and adults facing multiple disadvantages including domestic abuse, homelessness, debt and victims or perpetrators of crime.

Bounce Back 4 Kids (BB4K) is a domestic abuse recovery service working with families once the perpetrator has left the family home. The vision of BB4K is to break the cycle of domestic abuse through assisting families to heal from trauma and strengthen resilience whilst building stronger attachments between parent and child/children.

How you could add value

The BB4K Manager will work closely with the Head of Communities and BB4K Service Lead, to grow the service in line with our ambitious strategy to meet the needs of more families in Berkshire and Thames Valley. They will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the service are maintained with the highest of quality standards.

We are looking for someone with expertise in the field of domestic abuse, with strong people management skills, experience in budget management, and experience in contributing to strategic plans.
