Citizens Advice Reading is expanding its service to deliver telephone advice, as part of the National Citizens Advice Adviceline phone service. You will be offering advice and support to help people with a wide range of issues. As our service expands to support more people, our inclusive, experienced and committed team at Citizens Advice Reading invite you to consider joining us in the following opportunity.

You’ll have the ability to interview clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills to get to the root of the issues and empower clients. We are looking for an adviser with good IT and telephone skills, as well as a commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice Service. Our service is free, independent, confidential and impartial.
