Does your charity have a building or premises and are you wondering how to approach re-opening your premises?
RVA is hosting another re-opening your premises session via Zoom. We will cover:
- Governance update from our Advice Service Manager, Herjeet Randhawa on: government guidance, top tips for risk assessments, and best practice approach to Covid testing and vaccinations for staff and volunteers
- Hear from other local groups on how they have delivered services during the pandemic, their plans going forward and the precautions they are taking for further re-opening. Simone Prendiville, Community Learning and Development Manager from The Weller Centre and Martin Mikhail, Centre Coordinator from RISC will share steps their organisations have taken.
- Break-out groups to discuss what you have heard and your own ideas with other trustees and managers.
- Q&A and further resources
The session will give you plenty of time to discuss in the break-out sessions and we hope you’ll go away with some ideas and pointers on how your group might plan and navigate re-opening your premises and your in-person sessions safely.
Please note that the session will be available for a maximum of 12 attendees to enable as much interaction as possible and we ask that a maximum of 2 people attend from one charity or community group. If there is further demand, we can hold another session.
This session will take place via Zoom, please book through the link below. A meeting link will be circulated to those registered closer to the session time.
Alternative session for small groups: If you are a small community group, you may wish to attend this Small Groups Learn and Share instead, where we will also consider government guidelines and good practice for in-person sessions in your context. If you are unsure which session to book for contact email@example.com.
