Managing stress levels of traumatised children during lockdown – Zoom Webinar

Thursday 28 May 2020
A workshop for Berkshire adopters, foster carers, kinship carers, and families of children with early life trauma.

These are no doubt extremely stressful times for everyone, but more so for those children who may have been exposed to chronic stresses in their early life. This webinar will go through some of the symptoms that our children may be presenting with, the stress triggers in the current environment and how we can buffer our children against these stresses.

  • Date: Thursday 28 May
  • Time: 7.30pm – 9pm
  • Cost: £5

Please book via Eventbrite.

We are very grateful for funding from The National Lottery Community Fund which allows us to provide this workshop for a small charge. It will be lead by specialist parenting practitioners Zobia Kalim and Nuala Hemphill. Other areas of PSC work receive no funding at all, for example our Helpline, so we are always grateful for any donations however large or small.

If you haven’t attended a Zoom webinar before you may find this information helpful. We will be using the Q&A/chat function to allow you to ask questions during the workshop. The webinars are best viewed on a PC or laptop. Please have the latest version of Zoom installed.
