Community Place facilities

Please note that our facilities are not currently available for hire. We hope to be able to restore this offer soon, and will update this page when they become available again.

 

At Community Place we have conference rooms, small offices, hot desks and a large function area.

Conference Room

This can accommodate a total of approximately 50 people seated in theatre style or 30 around tables. the room has a projector and a small PA can be provided on request. The room is ideal for small to medium sized training sessions, meetings and presentations. The room can also be divided into a 15-30 capacity conference room with projector plus a 10 capacity meeting room. Hire this room for £25 per hour (£15 per hour for half of the room).

Meeting Room 1

Small meeting room, capacity 4 people. Ideal for one-to-one sessions. Hire this room for £10 per hour.

Meeting Room 3

Small meeting room, capacity 4 people. Ideal for one-to-one sessions. Hire this room for £10 per hour.

Meeting Room 4

Small meeting room, capacity 4 people. Ideal for one-to-one sessions. Hire this room for £10 per hour.

Meeting Room 5

Small meeting room, capacity 4 people. Ideal for one-to-one sessions. Hire this room for £10 per hour

(Additional Meeting Rooms 2, 6 & 7 are currently occupied as offices).

Hot desks

We have 8 hot desks available to hire for local non-profit organisations. These are all equipped with a telephone and an internet connection.

Free wi-fi is available throughout Community Place.
