Understanding Parental Conflict – training and guidance for practitioners

In recognition of the pressures that Reading families have been under during the pandemic, and the increasing relevance of Parental Conflict in practice, Brighter Futures for Children have developed new guidance, resources and a streamlined offer of training to support professionals for the new school year.

An introductory session on Parental Conflict delivered via Virtual Classroom (1/2 day)

In response to feedback to the package of training delivered late last year, professionals can now access a single training session which will cover the essentials of Parental Conflict. This will include a single e-learning licence for more in-depth course content for those that wish to access this. These introductory sessions will take place on:

  • Friday 6 November 2020 – 9AM
  • Monday 7 December 2020 – 1PM

Each session is 3.5 hours long with a coffee break in the middle. To book a place please contact Jack Caine (jack.caine@brighterfuturesforchildren.org).

Free E-learning licence bundles for settings

E-learning licences are available, on request, in batches of 20 or more. Please note, leaders and managers may wish to deliver a short introductory session about parental conflict to their settings alongside these e-licences. For more information and resources for delivering an introductory session, please contact Jack Caine (jack.caine@brighterfuturesforchildren.org).
