‘Mrs Harris the doctor will Zoom you now!’

The pandemic has accelerated the trend of GP practices using  ‘digital first’ modes of contact and access. But how are you coping? How are older people coping?

South Reading Patient Voice is surveying people over 50 in Reading to ask how they find digital access to GP surgeries. They have consulted Berkshire West CCG on the survey. By the taking part in the survey you can enter a prize draw with a chance to win £160 in prizes. The draw will take place on 18 December 2020.
