Do you have premises that would be suitable for Reading Mencap to use for delivery of a day service?

We are currently looking for an additional space for one of our Day Services (Mencap Enables 2). The service is for people with Learning Disabilities and Higher Needs, with a staff ratio of 4:1. It currently has no wheelchair users. The service runs all year round except for a week at Christmas and bank holidays. The requirements are as follows;

• The site needs to have access for Readibus to drop off our service users
• Opening hours are currently 9 am to 4.30pm
• Parking for 4 cars
• No steps or stairs for less mobile service users. (Normal steps like front door-steps OK)
• A room that can accommodate at least 10 people (including 4 staff)
• An additional smaller room/space to act as a quiet room 
• Toilet facilities that we have sole use of and can be seen from the room we are based in.
• A cupboard to store our equipment in.
• WIFI if possible
• A kitchen or kitchenette next to the room
• An outside space if possible

We are urgently looking for this facility on a Tuesday of each week.
