Sadly Reading Film Theatre had to leave its home of 50 years at the Universtity of Reading after the pandemic due to falling audiences and a major failure of our digital film projector. Happily we have been welcomed by Reading Biscuit Factory who have provided us with a new home to show our unique mixture of independent and foreign language films every fortnight. Since RBF provide all ticket sales and payment methods, we have a surplus of IT equipment that we would like to donate to a local community group or charity.

Specifically we have available;

– 3 x iZettle contactless credit card machines. Indespensible if you need to take payment for your events without the need for cash handling.

– 3 x iPad 2 tablets which pair with the iZetle machines to allow card pin entry and receipts to be issued. The iPads are running Apple IOS 9.3.5 and have 16GB or 32GB memory capacity.

– 1 x iPad 4 tablet running IOS 10.3.3

– 1 x HP laptop with Intel Celeron N2840 2.16 GHz processor
