Berkshire Vision has published its calendar containing plenty of activities for September aimed at people with sight loss.

There is a huge range of activities range from long tandem riding to quizzes and a murder mystery evening.

For further information please download the calendar.

Berkshire Vision has also introduced its new Living Well with Sight Loss courses and Touch to See packs.

Delivered as a partnership between Berkshire Vision and RNIB, Living Well with Sight Loss are free, informal courses aim to help people with sight loss increase independence, boost confidence and connect with others to share experiences. Through our sessions they’ll get practical advice, information and guidance on organisations, products and services out there to help. Please note the short deadline for September bookings of Thursday 2 September. There will be another one delivered face to face later in the year so if September’s dates are difficult for anyone do refer them anyway to go onto the list for upcoming dates. For bookings please call Tasha on 0118 987 2803 or email activities@berkshirevision.org.uk.

Touch To See packs are a monthly art pack delivered to the individual’s home with audio instructions – content of each pack is designed by a different local artist and range significantly from clay to mindful colouring to decoupage to water painting. If you are interested in receiving these packs, please call Hannah on 0118 987 2803 or email activities@berkshirevision.org.uk.
