We are looking for an individual to join our friendly Communities Team and help with administrative tasks
his role is varied which means the post holder can develop and build on a range of different skills including communication, administrative, team working and IT skills (many more too).
We are looking for someone that is organised, self-motivated, good communicator and team worker and someone who can remain calm and flexible under pressure.
Some examples of the work the volunteer will be getting involved in are:
– Attend meetings, take minutes and circulate papers when required
– Administrative tasks on an ad-hoc basis including filing and scanning of documents
– Complete all Building Family Bridges administrative, assessment, evaluation and evidence collation requirements to ensure project compliance and effective measurements of impact of the project, including using the Outcomes Star packages to measure the results achieved by participants and compliance with the partnership’s Sustainability Action Plan and Equality and Diversity Action Plan
