-Supports Community Co-Ordinator in fulfilling volunteering opportunities by promoting benefits of volunteering.
-Assists with selection and interview process where required.
-Acts as focal point for volunteers.
-Ensures volunteers receive appropriate Induction, Health and Safety training, expenses process.
-Keeps records of expenses to assist with Centre budget management.
-Maintains up to date records of personal contact details, emergency contact details of volunteers ensuring Data Protection maintained.
-Records voluntary hours.
-Adopts existing CHG volunteer model to ensure volunteering needs met on a daily/ad hoc basis i.e. rota, holiday management, absence process and management.
-Review volunteers’ roles descriptions on a regular basis.
-Agree Personal Development Plans with volunteers where appropriate.
-Arranges regular social events for volunteers.
-Develops regular communication process
-Professional attitude and appearance.
-Solid written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise (can do attitude).
-Excellent organisational skills.
-Ability to prioritise and multi task.

Mornings - 10am to 1pm,
Afternoons - 2pm to 5pm,
