Leading group activities volunteers needed for Sport in Mind in RG30

Sport in Mind are a Reading-based Mental Health Sports Charity who are looking for a number of enthusiastic, organised and friendly volunteers to lead a group walk from Prospect Park Hospital around Prospect Park in Reading.

The walk leader will need to have an understanding of the nature of mental health problems and be able to engage in friendly and non-judgemental conversation.

The session will be a fun, safe, enjoyable and relaxed walk focused on exploring the local area through the changing seasons in sociable and supported group.

This is a brilliant opportunity to support people in the local community and make a positive impact. If this sounds like an opportunity you would be interested in then please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
