Put your best foot forward and help lead these wellbeing walks
Leading group activities volunteers needed for Sport in Mind
Sport in Mind provides sports and physical activities for those experiencing mental health problems.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help Lead a walk in the Reading area 2pm -3pm every Wednesday.
If you are able to Lead or help Lead a Wellbeing Walk then please get in touch. Volunteers are a key part of our activities, supporting, encouraging the group and joining in with activities, making the sessions enjoyable for all.
An understanding of how sport and physical activity can have a positive impact on mental health would be helpful; we can support you with the rest!
