Passionate about improving services and support to the people of Reading?
Trustee / Committee volunteers needed for Reading Advice Network in RG6
The Reading Advice Network is a young charity based in Reading. We are a membership network of organisations that provide information, advice, guidance and non-statutory services to the Reading Community.
The Reading Advice Network exists to bring together all the voluntary organisations that give information and advice to people who live or work in Reading.
Our Aims are to:
- Improve the quality of those services
- Make it easier for people to use them
- Be the collective voice for those organisations
We have an active Board of Trustees who meet every six weeks with occasional ad-hoc meetings in between. Trustees are also encouraged to play an active role in the running of the business by utilising their specific professional skills.
We wish to recruit new Trustees to our Board and would welcome applications from people who are passionate about improving services and support to the people of Reading.
