Marketing / PR volunteer needed for Remap Berkshire
Remap volunteers make bespoke aids and adaptations for the disabled that are not commercially available, to help them in their personal care, hobbies, mobility, work, sport etc. Remap has been operating nationally since 1965 and consists of about 70 groups and 900 volunteers. Remap Berkshire covers Berkshire.
Remap Berkshire are looking for a publicist to make us better known. You will need to have the confidence to contact organisations in Berkshire (including social services and the NHS, our main sources of referrals) by telephone and email during working hours. Hours are determined by the volunteer, and so can be arranged around a full-time job.
