Finance volunteer needed for Food4Families
Southcote GrowAllot is a constituted group that manage a piece of land in Southcote as a community allotment that is open to all the local community to come and grow their own fruit and vegetables.
The group has its own bank account and needs someone to be the treasurer and manage the accounts. These are very basic as the group has an annual income of generally less than £1000 with very little income or expenditure outside of membership fees etc.
The present treasurer has kept the accounts all uptodate and would be able to do a gradual handover. Additional training can be provided if needed.
The committee meets once a month on a Tuesday evening and the role only requires an additional 1 or 2 per month.
