Help provide a lifeline for those struggling financially
Transport / Driving volunteers needed for Sadaka in RG1
Sadaka runs a biweekly food kitchen at Fairview Community Centre for the homeless and those in need.
We urgently need volunteer drivers, with their own vehicles, to collect surplus food (either on Tuesday evening OR Wednesday morning) from Tesco Extra on Napier Road and to deliver these to our kitchen at 11 am.
This surplus food, which would otherwise go to waste, is a lifeline for those who are struggling financially.
Volunteers are welcome to stay afterwards if they wish to help out but you would not be required to do so.
