Coordination / Projects volunteers needed for Reading Family Aid
Are you enthusiastic and keen to help run our charity?
Reading Family Aid does 3 things:
– Organises outings for hundreds of disadvantaged Reading families
– Provides toys for hundreds of disadvantaged families each Christmas through Reading Chronicle’s Toys and Teens Appeal
– Generates funds to allow us to do the Outings and the Toy Project
All the work is done by a diverse group of volunteers from our own homes.
We are looking for enthusiastic people to help run the charity.
Do you have plenty of energy and some free time and are you willing to get stuck in and really help to keep our charity
Are you good at one or more of the following things?
– organising things
– persuading people to donate
– public speaking
– know about charity governance and law
or are you happy generally help out with fetes, outings and the toy project.
Whatever your skills and interests we would welcome you to our merry band as long as you have the energy, time and enthusiasm to help us continue putting smiles on children’s faces.
