Help make a difference to the lives of children and parents who have been affected by domestic abuse

Support volunteer needed for Parents and Children Together (PACT)

We are seeking kind, patient and creative volunteers to help and get involved in our BB4K (Bounce Back for Kids) programme and help make a difference to the lives of children and parents who have been affected by domestic abuse.

BB4K is a support programme developed by PACT that uses therapeutic techniques to support children who have been victims or witnesses of domestic abuse.  The programme works with the children and their parents or carers to come to terms with experiencing family breakdowns.

Our BB4K Champions are invaluable in helping the team as they deliver the programme in a group setting.  This role provides support for the staff, and requires someone willing to participate in therapeutic activities.  In addition, we are also looking for someone who has previous experience working with children and/or parents.
