Could you coordinate our presence at local markets and fetes?
Fundraising volunteer needed for Sue Ryder-Duchess of Kent Hospice
Help Sue Ryder provide incredible care to people living with the challenges of life-limiting conditions by coordinating our presence at local markets and fetes, helping maximise income and increase awareness of our vital work.
With support from the local fundraising team you will:
- research new locations where Sue Ryder could boost community presence by having a stall
- manage all admin associated with booking stalls
- find suitable volunteer to help run stalls and ensure they have enough resources or run stall themselves where appropriate
We’ll need you to:
- be friendly and approachable
- have common sense
- use your own initiative
- have an organised and systematic approach
Previous retail experience would be beneficial but is not essential as all training and regular support will be provided.
This is a great opportunity to develop your experience in the competitive retail sector whilst making new friends.
