We are looking for an individual who would love to work in a friendly and supportive team. The successful candidate will get involved in a variety of different tasks including research, helping with interview and training days, helping to maintain our database and helping with general administration tasks.
A little bit about the HR team at PACT… we provided a comprehensive service to all of PACT’s staff, contractors and volunteers. This includes inputting into the business strategy, ensuring legislative and contractual conditions are adhered to, managing and processing recruitment, providing training and development opportunities, updating policies amongst other things.
This varied role will assist the team with administrative tasks and take responsibility for distinct projects to enable the team to continue to deliver an efficient and professional service
This is a perfect role for those looking for more experience in HR or someone who enjoys a range of tasks and admin!
