Be at the other end of the line to support women and children fleeing domestic violence
Support volunteers needed for Berkshire Women’s Aid
Berkshire Women’s Aid is offering a great opportunity for helpline Call Handler volunteers to support women and children fleeing domestic violence. If you have good communication skills, Microsoft Office experience and a can-do-attitude with excellent attention to detail, and are non-judgemental, patient and empathetic, then we would love to hear from you.
BWA requires that all volunteers attend comprehensive training sessions and have DBS and reference checks prior to starting their roles.
The role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 pursuant to schedule 9, part 1 (female applicants only).
