Help coach our women’s football sessions
Sports coaching volunteers needed for Sport in Mind
Sport in Mind run sports and physical activity sessions across Berkshire to help aid the recovery of those experiencing mental health problems.
Our new Women’s football session on a Tuesday is in need of volunteers to assist our coach. As a volunteer you will help to organise the sessions, join in with our light hearted kick a bout, and encourage the participants. You will be a valuable addition to the group!
An understanding of the positive impact sport has on Mental Health would be beneficial but not essential.
