We are a group of people who are together improving wellbeing and mental health in our area.
We do this by highlighting different ways to prevent mental illness so that people hold on to positive mental health, and also know about the things that help them to recover if they have been unwell.
We want to work with all groups interested in good mental health, and are a varied group of individuals, organisations, service users, ex service users and small businesses.
- We consider wellbeing in an holistic way and give hope of better quality lives.
- We host events throughout the year, in particular our Wellbeing Conference held on 10 October (World Mental Health Day).
- We are a Community Group with a constitution and fund raise and apply for grants to cover our costs.
- We are all volunteers.
