Park 60+ Exercise is based on the Margaret Morris Movement, a holistic system of dance exercise providing all-round physical and social wellbeing. Sessions are available for active people aged 60+ and those who prefer a seated approach.
Sessions are held every Wednesday at Park United Reformed Church, Palmer Park Avenue, Reading RG6 1DN. Buses from the town centre and elsewhere stop right outside the church in Wokingham Road.
At 10:00 am we have an Exercise and Dance class primarily, though not exclusively, for people aged 60+. This fun class is for all abilities and all are welcome.
At 12:00 noon you can exercise and dance your way to good health and wellbeing from the safety of a comfortable chair.
Anyone is welcome to try a session for free and see what a fun, social crowd we are.
