The aims of Five a Day are to improve the well-being of everyone in the local community by managing a growing space to provide horticultural education, horticultural therapy and to access healthy, naturally grown produce.

Five a Day Garden project engages the rural and urban community by:

• • educating children, adults and older people within an outdoor therapeutic environment, with a focus on art, nature and fruit and vegetable production<\li>
  • selling affordable, healthy, naturally-grown produce
  • offering a wonderful volunteering experience to people keen to learn more about gardening.
