Services to support carers and people with dementia are available to those living in the area of Wokingham District. We are planning to extend day care for people with dementia so that service is available seven days a week at the ‘Sunnyside’ unit located at Woodley Age Concern Day Centre. We aim to provide a high quality service in which carers have confidence.
