We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supporter Care Officer to join our busy Supporter Care Team. This is a great role for anyone who is interested in developing a rewarding career within the charity sector.
The right person will be a confident communicator who will be able to offer a high standard of customer care and build relationships with a wide variety of people. You will be able to work to tight deadlines in fast-paced environment and ideally, you will have experience of working in an office environment.
You will be responsible for being the first line support for all fundraising enquiries and for supporting the wider fundraising team. As first point of contact with our supporters you will recognise the inherent value of every person and understand their motivations for supporting our cause.
Tasks will include speaking to fundraisers on a daily basis across channels, importing data, processing donations, sending out fundraising materials, managing reports, answering fundraising enquiries and thanking our supporters.
