We need an afternoon/evening receptionist, working from 3.30pm – 9pm, Monday to Friday to welcome clients, answer the telephone and deal with enquiries from young people and parents/carers, to provide diary administration, support the Counsellors and provide admin support to staff as required.
A welcoming, friendly, non-judgmental approach is necessary, as is a good telephone manner, ability to use Word, Excel, email and texting, attention to detail and an understanding of confidentiality. Previous experience of reception and administrative work required. This is a central role to No5 and reliability and trustworthiness are essential.
