Citizens Advice Reading is looking for a project assistant to become an integral part of the team delivering the Solutions to Tackle Energy Poverty (STEP) project.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a ground-breaking project designed to alleviate fuel poverty in Reading, the UK and other European nations. Working closely with the project lead for the UK, you will be supporting a 30-month initiative that aims to reduce fuel poverty, reduce carbon emissions, improve health and wellbeing, and have a lasting impact on local, national and international policy and action on energy poverty.
You will need to work closely with the lead to ensure that all targets relating to the project are met according to set timescales. This will involve many aspects of project delivery including, but not limited to: booking meetings and workshops; supporting the development of bespoke reporting tools; development of training materials; writing impact reports; developing stakeholder relationships; financial and technical reporting for the funder.
